Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments and will be forfeited upon cancellation. The retainer is applied toward your salon service on the day of your visit. The remaining balance will be due at checkout. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
